Other training

 

In addition to our regular sessions,  we hold a variety of adhoc sessions throughout the year.  Past sessions have include transition training, strength and conditioning and indoor cycling.  These activities are communicated to members directly via Facebook and email.  

In addition to coached sessions, our club members regularly arrange social (non-coached) training opportunities such as group rides.  Some members also belong to other local clubs for specific disciplines.
